Went Shopping, Slept. Slow Slow day. Not good. I want to do better.

Not a good day.

I relapsed into my addictions.

I Left my habits till last minute again, but again I completed them.

Am feeling tired and need to fix my sleep from tomorrow.

I also am not completing the log for the day since Iam too tired.

Actually fuck that.

Things I did well

  • Did my habits (Gym, CCNA, Dev).

Things I will do better tomorrow

  • Not relapse
  • Actually prepare for this solo trip for Thursday
  • In bed by 9pm
  • Think about family and others and how to react
  • Think about ideals, values, and character
  • Do my habits on time (12pm for ccna and 1pm for dev)
  • Drink 2 Shakes as well as breakfast and lunch
  • Do my cleaning habits
  • Think about her and him again
  • flexbox and grid video atleast, the example websites can wait

Things are now starting to add up, which is not good. Trying to do all of this in one day may be too much. We will see.

I also think going outside to the library to do most of these things will be better so that I avoid the bed.
